It wasn't and so I seek out some. Codeine to help with the pain. The next drug screen that I took had codeine in my urine I explained the situation and they dismissed me without circumstance or pomp. Fast forward, two years my physician referred me to the pain management clinic due to my extreme pain. Since I had been dismissed in prior years, for the reason that I just outlined, they refuse to take me back. Fuck them a zero rating for lack of compassion.

Last year they got pushed a month before I could get them, which I had to schedule 3 months out. This time I tried to follow up knowing they don't do what they are supposed to. It was denied because they didn't put the necessary information in the notes. Called to ask about it when I recieved the denial letter. Was told I would get a call back. Had to send a message through my chart to get a nurse that can answer my questions to respond on my chart. Was told an appeal was being filed. Called my insurance the next week to follow up on the appeal. Turns out they never filed it. Had to message on mychart again to get anyone to respond. Got a call back from the case manager telling me it is out of compliance for filing an appeal and they waited too long to do it. She has to call the insurance to see how to handle it at this point. Tried to follow up on it. The nurse transfered me to billing mid sentence while talking to her. Started to tell the person at billing what was going on and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I'm finding a new office. Also, Dr Anand barely spends 5 minutes in the room with you. When you go to try to ask a question he is already half way out the door.​

So I made another appointment and I didn't hear my phone when they called. So when I scheduled again I was going to set an alarm on my phone so I wouldn't miss it. But guess what? I got a letter of termination. The first appointment they never called. Thats o. Them. But a disabled person was dropped for not hearing one call. I was needing help because my primary care provider thinks I may have spinal stenosis. Now I have to find a neurologist to help me. Maybe they just needed a reason to drop me since I am with caresource.

In January, I was a bit shocked to pay out of pocket over $700 for an office visit and in-office regional steroid injection for my shoulder. When calling billing to inquire, I was met with a lack of knowledge or concern. For the same treatment at OhioHealth (Grant bone and joint center) a few weeks ago- I am paying $205 and when I called about the billing, they were pleasant, helpful and informative. The 2 hours drive time is obviously and sadly worth it. Where is Genesis coming up with these exorbitant facility fees and room fees for a plain old exam room? They take dads co pay, tell him it's obvious he's miserable and send us out the door telling us doctor will take care of prescription once he's out of surgery. Day ends no prescription. Call first thing in morning and 90 minutes later I still get no call back so I drive to office. Office tells me to take dad to the ER for his pain.. they won't help us. So they take our $45 co pay, lie to us as we leave and only tell us we're out of luck when I show up the next day. Bottom line, if you want to pay a co pay for nothing, get lied to, get ignored and then finally told to just go to a real doctor at the ER then Dr Moore is the perfect doctor for you!
