"Dieter's sports shop" has been in the centre of the village ever since we first went there nearly 35 years ago and expanded and contracted as the family changed. Now Danny & Markus are taking the pressure off "Opa" Dieter the shop is back full size and better than ever. From my experience there is nowhere else in Westendorf that is as friendly or gives as good advice and service or stocks such a good range of kit. Now Dieter & I are pensioners, and shouldn't be working all the time, perhaps I can get him out of the shop to go skiing again! Just look at the new shop website and see how young and innocent he looked when I first met him when he was water-skiing.(Just do not ask for a photo of me now or then!) The company has good prices and selection, but AWFUL customer service. I had a delivery failure…read more(their shipper blamed it on them), because of which I missed getting equipment on my holiday. When I contacted Customer Service (and complained), their comment was that "you are funny". Grudgingly, they agree to a return (BTW a legal right), but have failed to process a refund. I am still missing my money after 3 weeks. Customer Service never answers phone calls, and seems to reply to emails highly selectively. My recommendation - look somewhere else. - Sasu.

THANK YOU." at 30.05.15 the order was shipped: "We want to inform you that your order 2023278 has left our packing station and was already transferred to our delivery service." but at 03.06.2015, I got the message: "unfortunately we get your package back from UPS with the remark, for the delivery address there is no UPS service." It was very strange because, a lot of things I bought using this address from aliexpress, amazon, e-bay and other places, but to simplify job of delivery department of this shop I proposed to pick it up myself in the office of delivery company in Saint-Petersburg, but nobody answered me. Just at 11.06.15, eight days later I got back my money, dumbly. OK, I forgot this poor experience, anything happens. But at October, I got advertising catalogue from some Sport Conrad. Actually firstly I had no idea from where this happiness fell, but than I remembered my bad experience, obviously, they have found my address on the map, at least to send me some advertising. In the catalogue was a sheet with interesting proposition: "When you spend 200 EUR or more you receive a 200 EUR discount off your purchase." OK, it was really incredible proposition, but remembering my previous experience with this shop, I thought that it's a kind of excuse for last unfilled order, and I ordered these boots in this shop one more time. Everything repeated as before, they got my money, sent confirmation, but there was nothing about discount. When I asked what is going on, they answered that it was just a mistake, sorry.
