Generally speaking, the staff at this location are pleasant and efficient, the lobby is well maintained and Covid compliant. It has a large restroom (handi accessable) that is always clean and seating is sufficient.
The only compliant I have is parking, handicap is too few and there is not anywhere you can find shade, the way the building/parking is set up. It is very troubling when you have a driver that chooses to stay in the vehicle, leaving the lobby seats for patients. The heat is dangerous and I would love to see either trees planted between the parking and street. And making the few, 4-6 spots that do get some shade from the building all handicap. As the drivers are more likely to wait on site, and the patients often take longer entering/exiting the vehicles.
