Do not accept their offer. All I wanted was the balance on my gift card and Best Buy flung me at this company who said if I pay $1.95 I get a $100 gift card. I never got the gift card. Instead I got a piece of cardboard that says if I spend $100 every month at this same retailer I get $10 a month back. They never explained that to me, they said it was a gift card. They advertise this as a $100 rebate card accepted by multiple retailers (Home Depot, Best Buy, gas stations & dining establishments). However, the process for obtaining a rebate would even "stifle" Edith on "All in the Family." Here is what you have to do: 1. Sign up for a service with incurs a monthly fee. 2. Fill out the rebate registration form and send in by certified mail. 3. Select ONLY ONE of the retailers on their list where you can apply for your rebate. 4. Spend at least $100 per month with that retailer for every $10 rebate for which you apply. 5. Only ONE $10 rebate application PER MONTH permitted. 6. Send in your voucher and retailer receipt for the $10 rebate. Bottom line: you must spend $1000 in ten months with one specific retailer. During each of those 10 months you can apply for your $100 rebate in $10 increments. Many "service" companies use this as an inducement for you to sign up with them. Like other people are saying , they make you send in form thru certified mail, to then get rebate form mailed for only one merchant and make you send back certified mail and include copy of driver's license and must send receipts 7 days after you purchase or they are void. $100 Gas Rebate Voucher is a complete scam. They put an expiration date on the card that was 9 months from the date I was given the offer card. You can only redeem one voucher per month, for a maximum of $10. Do the math, $10x9=$90. Even worse, you have to mail the card in to get a voucher back from them, which you then need to resubmit with your receipt to get your first refund. After submitting my card it took them 2 months to send me my first voucher form. If you're counting, that's a maximum of 7 months left for me, $10x7=$70 possible from a $100 offer. I sent my first receipt in right away, and as of this date, just about two months after being mailed I still haven't received my first rebate. Even worse, the next voucher accompanies the rebate, so I couldn't use the offer last month. Even if I am able to use every month remaining, something that appears highly unlikely, I will still only be able to redeem 6 months. That is $10x6=$60 at best from a $100 rebate offer. If the current pattern of taking 2 months for them to respond to my mail holds up I'll be lucky to redeem 4 vouchers out of the 10 they stated I would get. 7-25-2012 I never received a rebate from this company. read more

I was able to get a hold of someone a couple months ago and they agreed to send me another "rebate form kit". I am still waiting.......Do not make the same mistake I did with international rebates llc. Not reliable at all. I gave up getting my money back. Just another lesson learned. I did everything i was supposed to. they received a COPY of my DRIVERS LICENSE. They just keep sending a new certificate to mail out. I am , if they do not send me a rebate card as promised, I am going to inform not only ALLSTAR CAR SALES of this businesses practices ,but other businesses as well. I called Discover to activate my new card, and this offer was tacked on to the end of the activation that promised $100 gift card good at multiple retail outlets. All I had to do was sign up for a 15-day trial to two services for $1.95 each. What the heck - $3.90 to get back $100 is a good deal, right? Well, maybe not. I called to cancel the 15-day trials, no problem. But when I asked when I would receive my gift card, I was told to call a number, where I was told I would receive a form in the mail. I did, and filled it out and sent it in. A few weeks later, I get a "Registration Form" that I have to fill out and return via certified mail along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Then I will get another form in the mail from which I choose which retailer I want to get my "rebate vouchers". I send that back (I assume via certified mail), then they send me a $10 voucher each month. I have to spend at least $100 in each month, excluding taxes, and send the original receipts back via certified mail along with the voucher and a self-addressed stamped envelope. If I screw anything up, that submission will be declared "null and void". If any of my first three submittals are declared null and void, the entire program is null and void. In other words, the process is overly cumbersome and intentionally complex, so if I screw up the first, second or third time, I'm done. This is definitely not worth my time, and they know that. They were hoping I'd let the original free trials kick into $39.95 per month services for next to nothing (shopping services and magazine subscriptions, for a total of $79.90 per month) and get at least one month out of me, for which they would probably have to provide nothing. This is definitely a scam operation. The Better Business Bureau filed a complaint and they never responded, so I would stay away from this company. read more

Total Ripoff - They do send you a $100 rebate card but you have to register with only one of their select retailers and then you have to spend $100 per month to collect $10 per month in rebates. This would take you 10 month to collect $100 however you will never get the full $100. They require you to mail in your receipts each month, and you can't combine months, plus they make you send a self addressed enelope each month so that they can mail you back your $10 rebate. With all the money they make you spend on postage you are only going to ghet $89.44 after 10 months. Oh wait..............they also make you mail in a copy of your drivers license with the original registration and that must be sent in registered mail. In the end you are lucky to get $85 for spending over $1000 at their select retailers. read more

This company provides gas rebates thru various marketing incentives. They will place roadblock after roadblock in the way of receiving any of the rebate money. They require that you send your original voucher via Certified Mail, then 8 to 10 weks ( and as much as 17 weeks later) you finally hear from them and it's in the form of another form called a "gas station selection form". Since they state that you can get only $10 in rebates per month, but it takes then as much as 4 months to respond it's impossible to get your rebates in the time they designate. This was sold or added to a "try me" size of a dental whittener that I signed up for. It was "added" to my order and I lost $34.00 to them. I tried to get a refund and was told that "sorry no refunds given" DON"T GET LOCKED INTO THIS!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ANYTHING ELSE OUT FOR A FREE TRIAL OFFER.... Nothing is ever free... all you will do is get burned and lose money. I mailed two separate claim cards (each in its own envelope) on 8/28/10 and have not received either the retail rebate or the gift card as of 12/28/10. They do not have a 800 phone number or an e-mail address to contact the company. I believe that this operation is a fraud and should be investigated. read more

I was sent a registration form. I filled it out only to receive another registration form. It contradicts itself on what to send and not send. I called a number in Florida only to sit on hold 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Of course it wasn't a toll free number. I wish I could email. But they have no email address.
