tom ward is a rude person doesn't pay attention to the client. and when you request changes that…read morehe screwed up he gives you attitude. he is available by only until you pay for the service after that good luck and email responses are 2 -3 days out and with attitude. i would never use this guy again and if you do do not pay all upfront even if he says it will be faster. i did with a verbal " no more than 2 weeks" 5 weeks later i finally got a completed set of plans that he sent to an engineer that he didn't even bother to let me know who that was. and when i asked if he could cc me when he emails he sends me an email. "this is our last email" lmao. customer service at it's worst.
