I eventually ended up contacting John McClure and we discussed the issues. Nothing was done. I had no choice but to close with them. I was told by several businesses in Sebring that this is how this office is and has no concern about the outcome. I would not use them for any business at all. I called today to try to get copies of my closing documents and they sent me a view only email. Totally rude office with the exception of the person who answers the phone. In my opinion, do not use this office.

Along with getting the actual keys to the property (still don't have them ) we over paid for.. we were told the mini spilt unit was under warranty and would be fixed prior to closing. Then that it would be after. It's 8months later and it's still not fixed. And they want to charge me to replace the unit. It has a hole in a line and both the seller and contractor knew as it was in paperwork from the ac company who looked at it. If we knew they were all together. We wouldn't have closed or used the attorney we were told was good to.
