The customer service is always friendly, the soft-serv is cheap and delicious, and they always have a nice welcome sign on their marquee for college events. SIDE NOTE: the owner of this place is a SUPER NICE GUY. We (the women's rugby team at SMCM) sold 50/50 tickets at a basketball game one time, and Mr. Cook bought a buttload of tickets and when he won, gave us back all the money. AND he gave us a box of free miniatures when we ordered beer/wine for our big rugby shindig at the end of the year! Amazing.

The meal came out pretty quick and the wings were good and the fries were cool but tasty. I ate 6 wings and needed a refill on my soda to finish the other 4 but the server was too busy to even stop by my table. A couple came in and sat close to me and she took their order and served them drinks, still nothing for me. A family of 3 came in, ordered their meals, finished, and paid their check, still no refill for me at the 25 minute mark. The server cleared some table, got other tables refills, but still never came by my table. At about the 35 minute mark, she finally came by and asked if I wanted dessert, even though there were still wings on my plate. I politely said no and told here that I needed a refill before the family of 3 even sat down. You would think that she would have apologized right? Nope, she just handed me the pad to pay for my meal and asked if I wanted a drink to go. I said no, paid the bill and even tipped her and walked out. The food and service is usually great, but this took the cake. I'm not sure if it's just he younger generation or what, but that's the last time I'll go there.

Their location is easy to find, they're clean, and all the employees I've dealt with are friendly and helpful. They've got a decent selection of "classic" beers, along with a bunch that I'd never heard of before. They also have a section of wines from local wineries, which I love to peruse (if you like the taste of the wine, try looking up the winery and seeing if you can take a tour!) and lots of unique drinks (interesting bottles/labels/etc). There's a whole shelf of chocolate wines, though I haven't been brave enough to try those yet. They also hold regular wine/beer tastings, though I haven't made it to one of those yet, and they're expanding to a deli next door, which will be on my list of places to check out once it's completed!
