I paid Intermill Land Surveying for a full land survey before buying this property. They completed the survey and never communicated to me that they disagreed with several of the actual monuments (pins) in some corners of my new property. BTW: Years ago they completed the survey of the same property! Months later, after I finally took control of the property I was blown away by the big surprise of having two monuments per corner (the original one that I thought they have to keep and respect as the monument) and a new one where I am losing 3 feet of property per corner. This was a big problem to me, not only because I lost a big chunk of land but now if I want to install a fence, the property line is now on top of an irrigation ditch affecting me with any fence project. With the original monuments I was fine. They absolutely never communicated of the disagreement they found with the original monuments and I think that is a complete lack of professionalism. read more
