Hi Todd, Thanks for your reply... Here's my perspective: I am unhappy with the mattress selection. Your salesperson, Kelly, indicated to me that I needed a firm mattress based on the assessment criteria used by your firm. When I was concerned about the mattress not being right, she said, "Don't worry, we're a family-owned company, we'll make take care of you". It shouldn't matter what documents I signed, if you don't sell quality service or products, it will come back to you. I am a dissatisfied customer at this point. Given the very high margins on mattresses, you'd think that you could do more to help a customer that was given the wrong mattress for whatever reason. At this point I have spent in excess of $3000.00 in chiropractic care and eventually a similar sum in physical therapy (still ongoing) to attempt to repair the damage to my back that this mattress has caused. It seems that you are not standing behind the products that you sell. You are answering calls and emails but your firm is not doing anything to improve the situation for the customer. It shouldn't matter what documents I signed, if you don't sell quality products, it will come back to you (you may notice that I wrote that 2X ). You can choose to hide behind a document or you can help the customer. Ultimately, its your choice... I would think this is an excellent opportunity to show a high level of customer service. I appreciate what Lois has done. However, she was not involved in the buying process until there were problems. Again, it simply seems as if you are standing behind your process and documents instead of providing a quality product or service to the customer. It doesn't matter how much training Lois has if Kelly is selling poor fitting or low quality products. I have been to your showroom 2 additional times to see the quality and firmness of the mattress on the floor. In my opinion, they are not the same mattress. I'd welcome someone to come to my home and cut this mattress open to see if its the same model or if there is a quality issue. The mattress was not stored on its side for more than a week before Lois visited. The pictures that I have taken show the mattress before we stored it on its side prior to Lois's visit. I have stored mattresses in this manner many times with no degradation. Also, I have seen mattresses stored and delivered in this manner many times. I call on you, Todd, to commit to providing a refund or store credit for my purchase. I'm looking forward to you doing the right thing. Terrible experience with Interiors Home. This store has the most high end furniture. The furniture is expensive but worth the wait. The problem with Interiors is their peddling of a bogus warranty for furniture. You can probably take a knife to a piece of furniture and Interiors' 3rd party warranty company may fix it. However, if the seems start coming apart on a $1000 recliner, on a 5 year warranty, that is not covered! Seems coming apart? Not covered? Don't buy any warranties pushed by Interiors Home. Quite frankly, we will never buy furniture at Interiors Home again. We've always bought our furniture from Interiors and the warranty associated with the pieces. The one time we had to trigger it, it was despicable. read more

I agree with the others that the customer warranty and service on poorly manufactured products is horrible. I suggest using their large showroom to find a piece you like and researching it online to confirm it's a quality brand at a good price. Because we've gotten some horrible quality pieces from here and I wouldn't do that again. Some pieces, like our Flexsteel, are doing great though. read more

Poor quality. We bought a couch almost $4000 and within the first year the seams were ripping and a crunched when you sat down. The staff are very friendly, but not very accommodating when it comes to holding to the quality of their furniture. read more

Quoted me a price on a chair ($3100) and their sample and prepayment policies were unacceptable. Charged us a deposit of $50 on two fabric samples and required full payment for an order that would take 3 months for delivery. This store is certainly not customer friendly! read more

Nice selection at both York and Lancaster stores. Helpful staff. Nicer than the average quality carried at most furniture stores. Some brands are customizable. Can select fabrics, choose chair styles, etc... they carry a variety of price points. read more

There furniture and prices are Bad.To buy furniture and spend $7000.00 on it and only be able to use it or sit on it no more than 1Hr.aday, if you do you will ruin it. The couch I bought I've only sat on it not more than 3hrs since we have it, don't won't to ruin it because I was sitting on it. It's a joke people don't buy anything from these People. Alot of money wasted never again. And if you do be prepared. You will pay big money for a warranty. But when you need repairs watch out. I could only locate a particular chair I wanted at this store in Lancaster. I called and the woman who answered said they do not ship, they do not give out prices and showed absolutely no interest in getting my business. I offered to have my own delivery firm come and pick up the chair but she still refused to give me a price. How do they expect anyone to buy a chair without knowing the price they will be charged? They obviously are too busy with locals to entertain doing business with folks that do not live in Lancaster. read more

bought a house worth of furniture last year after the purchase of my home. As I view furniture as an investment, I was am shocked and in horror that it is all now falling apart. Upon speaking with customer service they told me it is most likely from all the wear from my kids. Yes my kids are hard on furniture but furniture costing as much as theirs does I expect to last. If you keep your furniture in the plastic, don't have kids, and don't use it this is your place. Otherwise try Wolf, they give back to the local kids in the community and my two couches in the basement have lasted over 10 years from them, with TONS of rough use. read more

We had a great first experience with Interiors! We had been to several places to find a new sofa for our living room, but just couldn't find one we liked. We walked into Interiors and almost immediately we were greeted by Linda; she was so sweet and extremely helpful! Linda helped us find a great sectional sofa that was the perfect size for our living room and the exact color we were looking for. It seemed too good to be true, but it got even better when she informed us that the sofa was part of a room package and it included the pillows, ottomans, and end tables displayed with the sofa in the showroom. We were sold! We got all of that for less than what we were expecting to pay for a sofa alone! We have gotten so many compliments on our living room furniture, and we tell everyone we got it from Interiors! read more

They sold me a "leather" chair but the covering material turned out to be a polyurethane. The had it picked up right away, however, it took them a week to process a refund. I purchase a queen Merry well mattress and an adjustable foundation base that was almost $1,600. 00 three months ago. I had talked many times with my sale rep Connie before buying them. Telling Connie I suffer from congestive heart failure and I am fighting lung cancer and how important that i get the right mattress i needed for this adjustable base. She assure me that this Merry well Queen mattress was the best of the best for this type of adjustable base. So I purchase it. Well a couple of weeks ago i started having problems with the mattress going flat where my bottom rest making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I called Friday 3/18,16 and told my sale's rep Connie about the problem i was having and she sent out a guy named Wayne to inspect the mattress. He said i had to rotate the mattress putting the bottom up at the top and rotating this mattress every three months. With my health situation of congestive heart failure and lung cancer i cannot do this. He rotated the mattress for me that day and said give this a try. Well a week has gone by and it has gotten worst. I when over to Interiors at 3130 Columbia Ave to talk with my sale rep Connie and i was also interested in purchasing a new couch soon. As i was looking around my sale's rep Connie saw me and came over to me as i started to tell her the problem with the bed she cut me off and said she had another customer to go help and left another women come to help me, this other sale rep did not know anything about beds it was not her department but she knew this mattress was a starter mattress and that was not what i was told when i purchase the mattress i was told it was the best of the best. That day is when all the employee's that i had to talked with at Interiors stopped treating me as a valuable customer and took no interest in focusing on my bed problem or being helpful to support me as a valuable customer. In these last 11 days i have called to talked with Mary, Kevin, Jody, and my sale's rep Connie and i had called Serta as well only to be passed around to each of these people. So today which is 3/29/16 i got a call back from Mary who does not show me respect as a valuable customer or support me in anyway with this situation. She said because Wayne who comes out to inspect the beds said there is nothing wrong with the bed and there is nothing they can do nor will do for me and that i had signed the paper work and that is it. I have called the store owner Todd Lehman and got his answering machine i left a message for him to please call me back. I would not recommend buying a bed from Interiors for once you have signed any kind of paper work you are no longer looked at as a valuable customer nor do you get any kind of customer focus on your issue or customer support and if you already had purchase a bed or other furnishing be ready for a big run around trying to get help for your problem. Very unhappy with the way i have been treated and now to night i have to look forward to sleeping in a very uncomfortable bed which all these Interiors employee's are surely going to be resting in their comfortable beds to night with out a care for me Suzy Brubaker. read more

Louise Y - I have no idea what store you went to but it can't be their Lancaster store. My husband and I are tattooed jean wearing people that usually don't get a second look because of what we look like. We have been to the store three times, and all three times we are greeted as we come in by more than one staff member. Our favorite is Cathy, and I just left with another major purchase. We are accustomed to high end stores and spend a good amount of time shopping. We know our prices and quality of product. This store has won our business forever. Cathy came to our house (an hour away in Maryland) at no cost to us and help with every step of the process. We are going to be customers for a very long time. Their furniture is not overpriced. It is priced perfectly for each level of quality that you are looking for. I spend $2k on a custom ottoman, but found a side table for $80 (I am not kidding). With that variety of pricing, everyone can find what they want here. Next are the curtains and rugs. One place - everything you need. AMAZING..... read more

The lady followed us around the whole time we were looking and then asked for our address and phone number. No other store bothered us this way. And, there furniture is overpriced. read more

We bought a very expensive sofa based on information provided by what we thought was a knowledgeable, honest saleswoman. Less than 3 months after we bought the sofa and the cushions were crushed as well as the arms of the sofa. We contacted them and they tried something. Less than a week later and we had the same problem. Turns out they used a poor quality cushion filler and they than used a firmer, supposedly denser cushion. Still didn't work. We contacted them again and they refused to do anything further. We spent thousands and they can't be bothered. Never buy from this place unless you want to waste THOUSANDS of dollars on something so poorly made and basically not backed by the retailer or manufacturer. I will never shop there again. They will lie to your face to get a sale and they will not back it up when it matters. Interiors only cares about making money, not customer satisfaction. read more

My wife and I were very taken back by how rude the staff was because we are in our late 20's. We spent well over a half hour looking for a sectional sofa here and were appalled by how much the staff avoided talking to us. We actually had to avoid not once but twice the staff from physically walking into us... As they made every effort to avoid eye contact with us. The only thing said to us the whole time there was "hello, how are you today?" Only To have the same person 20 seconds later ask the slightly older couple behind us "hello how are you today? Is there anything I can help you find today?"... Incredibly rude and I'm not the least bit sorry to take our money somewhere else.... We actually left interiors and went directly to wolfs and are buying not only more for the money, but are paying $3000 cash for it. Inferiors will never see a single dollar of ours and I hope they get their act together and not just treat people according to how much money they feel they have. What a stuck up group of employees... And by the way I'm not some dramatic upset consumer that writes reviews often... This is the only time I've taken the time to write a review. My advice is stay away from inferiors.... And if you go, at least look like you have money.... read more
