Then it was next month and then next month. Each time we would call and they would tell us next month. Now it is November and they are done for the year. We could have went elsewhere had they been honest with us. Now we are at another winter with a gravel driveway. Poor customer service and untrustworthy.

They were thrown a curve ball when our roof structure ended up being much more deteriorated than we all thought. John stayed with it and handled everything that came his way and they're meticulous about the details and getting it right. We're so grateful we had him come out. His prices are more than fair, and his work is superior. Thank you!

Ocean roofing was the ONLY one to physically come to my home and give me a proper quote. The prices were fair and they did nothing but show respect for my home and family, they worked fast and didn't leave a mess behind. These are all well seasoned roofers who have been in the business for decades, retired once and then came back to work with Ocean roofing. When it is time to replace the roof on my garage I will be calling them and hoping that they haven't retired (again). Again, The crew was great and the work they did was fantastic. I actually miss having them around cracking jokes. I recommend this company because again they understand customer service and will actually come out, shake your hand, show you samples and give you a physical in person quote not just email you a pdf with an Internet estimate and then put you on a message list like the other companies did.

He shows up early to work every day and puts in long hours. He is conscientious about doing quality work, its what motivates him. After starting work on my house, he found problems with the bonding of the previous paint to the cedar siding. He spent alot of additional hours scraping and priming to ensure the new paint would adhere properly. He has some previous experience in other tradecrafts and so can replace siding, etc as needed. Matthew's bid was very competitive with other contractors and when his high level of attention to detail and strong work ethic are considered, makes for excellent value. You would be fortunate to have Matthew take on your project because he will do the work with the care he would give to his own home.

Matt was always quick to respond in checking in with us every few weeks. When we arrived in town, Matt came and did a walkthrough the next day. We were able to agree on a price and time frame to paint the ceilings in the entire home, the various colors of the rooms upstairs and the bedrooms wall in the living room. They arrived on time everyday and worked to patch holes, sand and paint quickly. It took about a week to do a 3200 square foot house. Very impressed by their professionalism, willingness to talk/play with our kids and have experience advice on how to handle any ideas or issues that might've popped up. Highly recommend the team Matt has!
