With all the madness around, they were calm, cool and collected. They did not over charge, quality plywood sheets were given and they worked endless hours in the heat with hardly any breaks on loading cars/trucks. To anyone that tries to claim price gouging, you are literally, out of your mind and clearly showed up last min with your "entitled self". When a truck full of 400 sheets showed up from Pompano, they selflessly stayed after until the last one was gone. The site showed $32 per sheet but that specific one (thickness) sold out... then they went to the thicker sheets which were $40... as do all stores. I'm super grateful for them because I just moved here with the military and was away for school in Virginia, so I came back right in time for a major hurricane. All the stores were sold out and he said to come by. Thank you International Plywood and Team for everything, I'm definitely bringing some cookies by, post-storm, to show my appreciation. If you bring in any kind of screw, they measure it and they are able to bring you something identical, or as close to what you need as possible. Customer service is good, if you deal with this one guy who sits in the far left corner, he has yet to disappoint me with any of my purchases. Others have not understood me, or my request because of their limited English. That was my only frustration with this place. They do carry some tools and other supplies but I've only ever gone there for additional screws or bolts that I've lost and need to replace.

Then I went to their warehouse and none if the pieces in 11 crates was remotely of the same quality. I then opted for a more expensive stone and checked 2 tiles in 15-20 crates to find 11 acceptable. After the job was done a large number of tiles looked like they were fused together or had imperfections. You are stuck with them since they gave a clause that says buyer is responsible for the condition of the marble on shipment. This could have been damaged while loading the marble in Turkey! Also if your contractor buys to much they refuse to take extra (Even a crate) back. I found them difficult to work with an the quality of the product sub par. Don't believe any assurances you get from the salesmen as the owner will not be flexible in any sense and we had a very big shipment of 2100 square feet.
