The first time i stayed…read morehere it wasn't too bad but now in my third time in the last two years this place has gone down hill. The rooms are on the small side with not a lot of room to move around. If it is a hot summer, be prepared to sweat in your room. The rooms get very hot and don't get a lot of ventilation, even opening the window doesn't cool it off. If you do open the window be prepared for anything to fly into your room. There is a small table top fan that mostly pushes the hot air around. No ceiling fan or air conditioning (I know the no air conditioning can be pretty standard in Germany). The bathroom has a small stand-up shower that struggles to keep the water off the floor. They do have wifi but it is spotty and if you have a room at the end of the hall you might have to sit next to your door to pick-up any wifi in the room. The breakfast is not great. They serve the same thing everyday with not very much of a selection. Some days you could get boiled hotdogs as your only choice to go with your eggs. They have a decent menu for dinner and lunch. The staff was always really friendly and courteous. There is not much around the hotel and anything that is in the area you need a car to drive to. The staff raises the hotel rating but I wouldn't stay here if I had the choice.
