She had been getting all of the statements, but then they stopped. Addition records showed that her information was still correct -- but she did not get the information. So they stopped sharing the statements and conveniently started charging a fee every month. Luis did his best to help, but Cheryl Orizondo - the assistant branch manager and Jessica the head teller were shameful in their approach to customer service. We were shocked at how little they cared about a customer -- especially Jessica -- she was incredibly RUDE and should be embarrassed by her actions. I would highly suggest choosing a different location for financial services
