A month before my appointment I did some research on the company and liked what I heard and saw. I was also recommended to this company by our plumber. I called and spoke to Sandra which was extremely nice and would immediately provided an estimate. I was talking to another company that quoted the same price and could do it at the same time I had requested but since I liked Sandra's style and professionalism I ended up going with Pro Reglazing. I was confirmed the time and date. We showed up to the property on our confirmed time. After about 30 minutes I started to call, text and email. About an hour and a half after the appointment time I got a call from Sandra. She said they had texted me to reschedule. I never got anything from them. No text, no call no email. They said it was a medical emergency with the tech. I understand those things happen and I would work with them but I'm only in town for one week. This is our rental property. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. She never called back. The owner never called. They completely left me hanging. This is NOT acceptable. Very disappointed with her and the company. A call back would have been appropriate with any type of outcome. A call back means everything.
