Mom has dementia, and on quite a few occasions I've had to go to the staff for help in reaching mom by phone. The staff has been there for me every time. Never once was I made to feel like I was bothering them or asking for more than I should. They love my mom, and even gave her a very sweet nickname. When I go to visit, it seems like ALL the staff know mom by name and nickname Of course momma wants to go "home" but she is happy there when she's not lonely for her family.
