Rex Varilek, the owner, personally took care of my truck as his technicians were on vacation for memorial day weekend. Despite his busy schedule, he took excellent care of me and helped me diagnose an issue with my truck that I had been experiencing. He offered printed screens of all the diagnostics and took the time to answer all the questions I had for him. Nothing but courteous and patient. I only had my diagnostic service done so I can't speak to the maintenance services, but Rex was dedicated to helping another customer before me get back on the road. My understanding is he worked from 7 am to when he helped me at around 6pm. I highly recommend Precision Diesel. They have the technical expertise and experience and provide the friendly customer service you would expect from a Mid-West business.

I don't appreciate being told on Friday that my car would probably be ready on Monday, only to be…read moretold on Monday, after I contacted them, that the car could not be guaranteed to be ready until probably Thursday. Apparently it was incredibly offensive to them that I would not listen to why this, why is that, why personal details, whatever. All I'm saying is, if you say the car will be ready on Monday, I expect it to be ready on Monday. At the very least, a phone call would've been nice. Over the weekend is not the same as one complete week. These people are a little weird. I paid what they billed me up to today and got the hell out. I can get my car worked on elsewhere and not have to put up with this crap.
