Yesterday we had the worst experience, we purchased two ceramic pots for indoor plants we have, when we got home we found that they were too small. Went back to the store immediately, the clerk advised we could not return or exchange for larger pots as it was a final sale, of course we would pay more for the larger pots. She checked with the manager who also said no. So basically 20 mins later we were out $150.00 when all we wanted to do was spend more money.
