I have been eyeing dropping by this Rexall for a while. It's in a plaza on the northeast corner of…read moreDixie Road and Dundas Street East. It's also the closest Rexall by my workplace. I'd reckon that it take eights minutes to drive over here. I was already parked by Fresh Co. After I was done getting some groceries there, I walked over to Rexall to check it out. This drugstore is cool. There's a medical centre in the back, on the left. In the middle is the pharmacy. There were two folks staffing it. On the right was the post office. There was a clearance bin full of books. It was cool. Sadly, I couldn't find what I was looking for. I ended up hitting a Shoppers Drug Mart to find the item that I needed. I did like the clearance on Christmas items. This place also has a good cookie section. It had Biscoff, shortbread, and more. I got a box of shortbread that was on sale. It's cool that you get subsets of DAVIDs tea, M&M Meat Shops, Claire's, and Staples merchandise at Rexall. I got the most energetic woman at the checkout. The checkout line feels like a mini maze as you snake over to the counter. I got my Be Well barcode scanned from my Rexall app. I then paid with a credit card. Done! I wished her a good evening. She reciprocated. I walked out with my shortbread. I was happy. It's a decent Rexall. It didn't have the one item that I needed, but I got shortbread. Butter rules. (21)

Been here a couple times and it's pretty good. I went for pharmacy services and for some reason…read morethey took really long. I feel as if they need more people working in this department. I would also say that items are quite expensive here but they have a wide selection from cosmetics, toiletries, school supplies, and more. There's also a postal area where you can ship packages. This is a very convenient store to get a lot of stuff done- pick up medication, drop off packages, and buy some goodies.

I like visiting the Shoppers' Drug Mart located at the south-east corner of Kipling & Dixon. The…read morepostal outlet is a great feature. The store clerks are very cordial and the postal staff are terrific. Apparently, they'll be relocating to the space vacated by Food Basics. I'm looking forward to the expansion. However, I hope they won't loose their charm which they currently have.

My rating is 3.5 stars…read more After work last Thursday, I wanted to pick up some hand cream for my mom. She had cracked skin on one of her hands for at least a week. The hand cream that she was using wasn't healing a thing. I found one brand that seemed promising while doing some research online. The site said that it was available at this particular Shoppers Drug Mart. The store was conveniently on my way home from work. Then again, I cut across most of the GTA, so I pass by a ton of stores! This store is in a plaza. There seemed to be a Food Basics or some green-painted grocery store that has closed down. Shoppers Drug Mart is in the corner further down. The parking area can be a bit chaotic. It's an older plaza and the lanes are more narrow than what I'm used to in suburbia. This store has been here for a while. It has everything that you'd expect it to have, including a grocery aisle. I walked every aisle and could not find the hand cream that I was looking for, which was disappointing. However, there was a Gold Bond one that was on sale. It has been approved by the Canadian Diabetes Society. It has proven results. It was also on sale. I bought it! I dropped the cream off at my parents' place. My mom said that she would try the hand cream out immediately. This morning, I spoke to my mom. She said that three hours later, she noticed a huge difference. She no longer has cracked hands. Nice! She asked me whether she could pay me back. Hearing her say that this product works is all that I wanted. The lone cashier at this store was friendly and made sure that each customer was okay. She helped out a senior ahead of me. I liked the care that she showed and the help that she gave. I'd come back here again when I'm in the area. (157)
