If you can trust that she knows what she's doing (which she does) and experience it, at the very least you will have tried something new but likely, you will feel the benefit. If you don't want those things however - just tell her! She listens well and constantly seeks education on new techniques and healing massage therapy approaches. After I got a new job, I learned my insurance should cover his services. Unfortunately, due to his delay in billing, I ended up paying almost triple what I would have paid in cash because I still had to meet my deductible. Later, it turned out he actually owed me a refund. When my insurance agent tried to help resolve the issue, he was rude to her and refused to cooperate. Then, instead of communicating with me about my refund, he blocked my phone number entirely. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking and really changed my opinion of his practice. While he's good at what he does clinically, the way he treats patients and handles business matters is completely unacceptable. I hope he learns to communicate with more respect and integrity.
