They truly take the time to understand each child's pace, strengths, and areas that need improvement. It doesn't feel like a one-size-fits-all approach at all. He often tells us he likes the way the instructors explain things because they make concepts easier to understand. The reward system is also a huge motivator for him -- he's always excited to earn cards and works hard to reach his goals. A special thank you to Joey and Aileen.
