Couldn't be more happy with InteleGates' immediate service and understanding of our issue. As an HOA we had been working with a different security gate company for many years. On this occasion that company offered a 2 hour window the next day only to come and fix the issue and when I said the our contact person was unavailable at that time they stated we would have to then wait 2 more days ... leaving our garage area practically unusable as tenants would have had to physically push the heavy gate open and closed every time they drove their cars in and out. Gate is fixed! Called this morning, Ron called back right away. He said he'd be here at 2:20 -- he was here at 2:20, and he texted me to let me know that he was on his way. He looked at our gate motor, let me know it was old, but instead of upselling me for a replacement, he fixed it and told me what to expect if a replacement was needed. I now know more about our electric gate motor than I anticipated - lol. This entire enterprise took about 30 minutes, and I feel that he priced his service fairly. They are the absolute best! We had two other companies come. The second said the circuit board need to be replaced. They then called us back to say the board was no longer available and the entire system needed replacement for 12,000 dollars. I found the circuit board for sale for 300 dollars! I found this company on recommendation from the gate manufacturer. They were absolutely wonderful. They came quickly and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They found the problem was in the hydraulic system and fixed it on the spot. No new parts were need. Do not go to people who look to sell you new gates. Ron was great. He came out and completely reviewed my driveway gate. He very quickly discovered the original installer failed to connect my sensors to prevent the gate from hitting my car or people walking through. He also noticed they failed to sufficiently lubricate the joints and that the joints didn't have enough space from the gate itself, causing the joints to collide with the gate.
