I went in with an approved design and expected the final tattoo to match what was agreed upon. Unfortunately, the finished work does not reflect the original design. Several details were changed, altered, or left out entirely, and the end result is not what I consented to. I contacted the shop to address the issue and requested a refund due to the differences between the approved design and the completed tattoo. My request was denied. After attempting to continue communication to resolve the situation, I was blocked on social media by the shop owner, Matt Stebly, which ended any opportunity for further discussion. The handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I made a good faith effort to resolve this privately before leaving a public review. I would caution others to be extremely clear about expectations, get everything documented, and not assume that a reputable-looking shop guarantees quality results or good customer service. This was not the experience I expected for permanent work. This was my last tattoo that represents my children and now I have this ugly thing on my neck and have to get it fixed and spend more money ... I am absolutely devastated, he also told me that the tattoo I originally showed them is "unrealistic" he then said he would fix it himself and then blocked me .... I will never go back there to get my tattoo fixed if the owner blocked me on socials, I'm not sure if he was under the influence but it scarred me now for life attached are the emails I wrote back and forth hy the shop, plus talking to Matt on instagram then being blocked, btw look at the beads on the picture I circled, it literally looks like a dick And balls See attached photos I was offered to come in and get it fixed by Matt himself and then I was blocked from further communication

You should go there. Not sure? Read on. I had a third piercing at Biloxi Ink--I know, I know what you're thinking! This woman's piercings are like the Rocky Movies! How many times are they going to happen? Well...I think Rocky IV was the best, with the Russian and all--oh, sorry, you want to hear about the piercing? For cartilage piercings, take a deep breath before the needle goes in--it's not a hollow needle like you get at a hospital, it's solid, and the pain no worse than getting a blood draw. Now slowly let out your breath, and by then, the piercing is almost over. You may need to lie down for a few minutes after, I'm not sure why, but I always get a little shaky when it's over. Or maybe I'm a wuss--I'm still going to get another one in a few months. So stay tuned, for the fourth piercing :-)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went with my cousins on the 4th of July. Told Christy (the…read morepiercer) I had my navel pierced years ago and it didn't heal, I've had several piercings and sometimes s*** happens. She showed me this cute little dainty ring and I'm all for it. We even discussed how it should be fine and aftercare. Fast forward to this morning 7/6 I wake up and the diamond is now embedded in my skin. I call Carnivale at 3:01 PM the person on the phone informs me that the piercer won't be in until 5. I explain the situation to her and she's like you know what can you come in a little early and let me take a look at it. If I can fix it cool if I can't you can wait til the piercer gets her. I get there at 4 and they're busy so it takes 15 minutes for someone to greet me. At 4:15 I'm then informed that the "piercer"' won't be in until 5. That I know but I explain to them that someone told me to come in early. They proceed to say she had a lot of people call about piercings and she tried to call everyone back because she had to leave (family emergency). But Christy will be here at 5. Again I explain the severity of the situation to them and I'm okay with waiting on said piercer to get there. 20 minutes later she comes up to me with the phone in her hand asking if I can come tomorrow! TOMORROW! What part of this jewelry is embedded in my skin don't you get! So clearly I'm pissed at this point and I just leave because I was 2 seconds from going off on everyone. Oh let me add that to when I noticed the jewelry was stuck in my skin I wrote the piercer on Instagram (the page she gave me so I could write her with questions and or concerns). Anyway, I call a shop up the street and explain my situation to which they tell me to come on now. I get there and lay on the chair only for them to inform me that not only did Christy not use a long enough ring to combat any swelling with the new piercing but she also PIERCED MY STOMACH!!!! Like wth! So yeah to sum it up Carnivale clearly lacks knowledge and professionalism!! Thanks to Rita at Dragon's Den for fixing their screw up.
