We actually changed a couple of aspects at the time of install so he had to get some parts delivered to my house. These were delivered the same day. His work was top notch. He actually worked through the rain which was impressive, only stopping briefly when it turned into a downpour. They don't remove the dirt when they dig the holes but the sales guy was up front about this. They also will take about 6 weeks from signed estimate to work completion date. But again the sales guy was up front about their back log.

Now this week we had an urgent need for a repair from damage to our gate (we have a dog that could get loose and told them we needed it fixed as soon as possible) that was done by a cement company installing a patio. I have texted and contacted by calling 3 to 4 times. Was told each time that someone would get in touch with me. It is now four days later and I can't even get them to tell me someone will come look at the gate to see what needs to be fixed. No one is returning our calls or texts. I have since called another fencing company who came out this morning and repaired at the same day. Clearly all that Eads cares about are new installs and new sales. Not repairs of their work.

I saw a Klaus crew working in my neighborhood so I reached out to the Project Manager who then contacted the company's Inspector, Josh. When Josh came to inspection our roof and to provide an estimate of what our 40 year old home needed, the report was very detailed about what we needed to have done. The inspection revealed some small problems which we will be addressing with the replacement work but we had NO idea the problems existed! Josh make a thorough inspection of not only the roof but the attic area above the house and garage. (This was not a drive by inspection). The Estimate provided by Josh was very detailed and itemized for the Roof and Gutter work our home needed. Everything was listed and the price was very competitive.
