Security cam footage confirms they were working on my house when my DirectTV went out. A repairmen came out and discovered the problem was a large dent put into out satellite dish. Sanders and sanders roofing 100% denied they have anything to do with it evsn though our DirectTV satellite lost connection in the middle of them working. Nails were found around the house and yard, smoked black and milds were found in the grass in our backyard. Workers decided to take our ladder to use without even asking permission. Receive bid. look over bid but see its not totally itemized ask questions about the things requested not listed on bid and told they're included it's just not broken down itemization. 3. Josh said we need a new roof and will have his guy do the paperwork with the insuranc. 4. We get new roof, its beautiful. 5. Construction on the addition begins. 6. Now we find out too many supplies left over, wrong insulation bought and left in my yard so my dogs and the rain ruined it, they should have taken it back immediately. 4 full rolls of insulation thrown away. We find out mini-split not included in bid although we had discussed it from the beginning and requested it. 7. Out of pocket, I pay for additional materials, hvac contractors (because mini split isn't working properly). 8. Room finished, it looks nice but Mini split is still not working and Josh refuses to replace it unless I pay for it. 9. Discovered cracking door frame to new room, took pictures sent to Josh. Now he's thinking that's not because of their work so it doesn't look like he plans to fix it either. 10. Did I mention that there's no roof venting over the new addition? Josh assured me it was vented but no it's not. Josh has crappy communication skill, leaves his notifications on silent. doesn't answer phone calls not even his own employees can reach him unless they text first. Josh refuses to back up his work and repairs needed to make the job complete. Advice: Find another contractor!
