When i called to confirm the date, they said " Given our current workload, we are going to have to pass on scheduling this request" I know all service companies are busy but it is unethical to treat customers poorly. Then another person came out from R & H to look at replacing the furnace and decided it was too dangerous to remove this outdoor furnace in the winter. Suddenly they found two heat exchangers available from the manufacturer and this would cost me $5,000 ish. This did not smell right to me so I didn't move forward. Then I received a bill for almost $500. There is no indication on their website nor verbally was I told of their charging for an inspection. I thought ithe charge was egregious. I will not pay the bill. Please read other YELP reviews and you will see experiences similar to mine.
