I got my renewal two years later and they sent me an email reminding me my license was nearing expiration which was super helpful! I was able to renew through them again and in the interview, they never pried. Only asked how it's been helping. Got renewed and had no problem. The biggest hassle was making sure my license picture was up to state standards lol. But the best part was, my computer was old and janky. It wouldn't connected to the camera. Instead, my doctor took my interview over FaceTime! It was super helpful and convenient. Took time out of his hands to help. These people really care about patients. 10/10
