I booked appointments with another company that was highly rated. The other company jerked me around for days with 2 no-shows and unbelievable excuses. (Yes, I left the appropriate review for that business. ) Then, I went back to Google and found Glistening Green. I overlooked them before because of lack of reviews, not because of anything bad. Cindy called me right back and listened to my predicament and rearranged her already busy schedule to fit in 3 days of cleaning. I couldn't have been happier with the results. It took such a huge weight off of me because I am now taking care of my mother's most basic needs and helping Dad keep his sanity. I hugged her and cried when she left. It must be understood as well that my parents have always been totally against bring help in for deep cleans. They did not want a stranger in their home. Cindy agreed to come into a situation that she knew would be uncomfortable, but she had my folks at ease in no time. I would recommend her services to anyone. I know that we will have her back, at least seasonally, to spruce the place up. Please, give Glistening Green a chance to make your life easier and your home 'glisten'. Cindy is surely not afraid of hard work and is a true professional. My family surely trusts her and will have her back.

In short she ended up with a grey accent wall and a square of grey on the ceiling too. Mind you the room was a beige/eggshell. It was terrible. The paint from the original wall cover was bleeding through their single coat. The rep Forrest ran out of my mom's house before she could even take a look at the finished product. Again she offered the existing paint that did match the wall and ceiling but they refused. She sent them a photo of the room afterwards, they kept pushing for a Monday time frame to fix it despite my mother saying she wouldn't be available on Monday. She has numerous health issues, based off this interaction I wouldnt recommend them.

Well, I'm sure it wasn't magic but experience, knowledge and using the right product. We will definitely call Jennifer and her team in the future, they were on time and exceeded our expectation.

(The final inspection failed on my building permit for this re-roof done by another contractor who failed to return to make the necessary corrections. After waiting 4 months for this contractor, a friend recommended AAA Roofing.) AAA Roofing made all the necessary corrections and gave me a 5-Year Certification on his work. (This was something I wasn't aware existed, so it was nice to deal with someone who stood behind their work, for a change.) My roof now looks beautiful! AAA cleaned up the mess as they went along and left everything neat and clean. (I was cleaning up after the previous roofer for months and also repairing damages that were done while they were here.) It has been so refreshing to find someone who knew what they were doing and was conscientious about the work done. My thanks to Jesse Zenonian and his crew for a job well done. I would highly recommend AAA Roofing!

We needed the outside of our house painted and wanted Kino to do the job…read more He said he would email us the contract/bid, but never did. His son took a picture of our email address on his phone, but nothing written ever came through; hence there was a verbal understanding he would start the job. He did show up to our house and started pressure washing and wanted us to pay $1000 as a retainer and for the pressure washing. We had to type out an agreement for this, as he never did provide anything in writing. After he finished pressure washing, he said he would come back the next day with color samples, but never did. We had to text him when he would bring them by and he put us off by saying he would text us when. Weeks went by, we texted and called and did not hear back from him. The prime season for painting outside was drawing to a close. Then one day, 21 days later, 3 weeks !!!!!! his son (not him) showed up with old cans of paint as color samples. We asked the son what happened and the son replied that Kino lost his phone and was not able to get in touch with us!!! Because we did not hear from him and time was running out, we had to hurry and find someone else to do the job. Kino only worked to pressure wash the house. Another contractor said the pressure washing job would be $500, so really Kino owes us a refund of $500. To us, Kino was a big talker, making many promises, but failed to deliver for us. W.M.
