I just received an email from Integris regarding the security breach that occurred November 28th 2023....with instructions how I can fix their lack of concern for our security! Now it's my problem....what took them so long to notify us? They don't care! Went to ER with pain and discomfort on Saturday. Had already seen personal dr on Friday. Was told it was too dangerous for a ct scan even though the hospital already had an order to give me a ct scan. I have never been treated so horrible in my life! Integers has no integrity! read more

I brought my son in to have him checked.. he was running a fever, vomiting and had spots all over his body (mind you it's the weekend) The spots were so bad they excused us and told us it was "a fever rash". Never took and blood or ran any tests on my baby. After I made his apt with his pediatrician on Monday they took his blood and ran a test. Low and behold he had rockey mountain spotted fever. Do not come here. Worst ER in the state of Oklahoma. read more

Gave me 2 separate bills. One bill without notice and almost 2 year after I was even seen. Which the doctors were very quick to get you in and out so they didn't have to deal with anyone. Instead of trying to figure out what was wrong. Over 4,000 later plus going to a completely different hospital to get answers. Customer service is a joke. And both bills were from the same hospital but under 2 different names. 1,000 2 years later without any kind of notice is ridiculous read more
