However, it became quickly apparent that the problem that I'd originally called them for had not been fixed. After a few follow-up visits, including one shot in the dark effort that made things worse, they eventually decided they had never encountered my issue before and didn't know how to fix it (this after they already had the money from their initial "fix"). After assurances that they would follow-up, I stopped hearing from them altogether. If you have a very minor, straightforward issue, you may decide to give them a call, but anything requiring real expertise or that might need follow-up or consistent communication, maybe search elsewhere.

They started by responding to our request for an estimate of a Radon mitigation system and was out to our house within 24 hours. Jeff Beck, our estimator, was very professional and thorough in going through what the product does and the installation process. All-Star Basements crew was out in 48 hours after that despite the cold weather conditions and installed the unit and had lined up the electrician as well to hook it up to our breaker box.
