However, it became quickly apparent that the problem that I'd originally called them for had not been fixed. After a few follow-up visits, including one shot in the dark effort that made things worse, they eventually decided they had never encountered my issue before and didn't know how to fix it (this after they already had the money from their initial "fix"). After assurances that they would follow-up, I stopped hearing from them altogether.
