I could hardly wait to get home to write this review about Kelly. If I could give 100 stars I…read morewould. Kelly is a master of her craft. She is incredibly diligent and tells you exactly what she is doing and why she is doing it. She took before and after photos or my posture / body / even my face to show me how off kilter I was - the after photos were astonishing ! My body has been kind of a mess for a while due to some accidents and injuries - I have seen so many people from acupuncturists, Rolfers, massage therapists, ect - and she knew right away my issues as soon as I walked in. She is so sweet and funny! And her prices are incredibly fair. I highly recommend her and will be a patient of hers for as long as she is practicing !

I found Kelly by yelp- gave her a call to set up a massage appointment she said "come here now, I…read moreneed to see you." I got there, right away, she asked me " how many accidents?" I was lost because I never mention anything. Kelly said "this happened long time ago" I told her about my car accidents when I was 16-18yrs old, I'm also 28yrs now. She took pictures of my stands and body and showed me all my trouble areas before she started to work on me. In less than 30 minutes she was able to relax all my muscles. This is so hard to explain but before arriving to Kelly a lot of emotional stresses build up. Kelly was able to tell me I had a lot of angry emotions store in my body and put light pressure Kelly called it "this is your Joy" and asked how my chest felt. In a few seconds I felt my chest open up, didn't feel angry no more I honestly almost teared up. Just GO see her!

She definitely knows her stuff and got me relaxed and loose before my trip!I don't go here enough to justify a membership, but when I do go here I am treated well and they don't try to push their membership on me or anything. I think one feedback I would give back to them is that I would really appreciate if the staff could keep their volume down because I could hear everything, and while at times it's unavoidable, there was someone in the back talking on the phone for a long time and they had the phone on speaker also, so there were moments I couldn't relax. If there were ways to maybe better sound proof the room (that might be hard) or just staff being more cautious of their volume, that would be great!

This was a little frustrating but I dealt with it. After the interaction and the added fee, I forgot to leave an OPTIONAL tip. I found it extremely unprofessional and rude to have the masseuse chase me out into the parking lot yelling after me demanding a tip. Not only are you adding fees for costumers paying with a debit card, which in itself is illegal to pass on the charges to your customers, but to follow a customer out of the store demanding a tip is outrageous and outright unacceptable. Tipping is optional, and if it is not, post a sign in your establishment requiring gratuity or up your prices so that the employee doesn't feel the need to harass a costumer that already left.

Went in for a couples massage and overall enjoyed the experience! The reason behind my 4 stars is…read morepurely because my masseuse was sick, and male. I didn't mind a male technician, even though I didn't know, more than I minded him being sick. He was sniffling throughout the experience, with led him to breathing loudly, and at one point he sneezed, blew his nose and then went back to touching my face without washing his hands or anything inbetween. It wasn't until I turned around too that I realized he wasn't even at least wearing a mask. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage and I did enjoy mine as well at a base level, again it was mostly just because my masseuse was sick and there were some missed precautions. I appreciated that they did an intake form, and asked if their pressure was okay throughout. I have been to a place before that didn't ask what pressure/areas you wanted worked, and here was honestly a great price for the 2 of us! it was also very clean inside, smelled great and nothing stuck out in those regards. Bottom line would l come back? Yes, but next time I would be more vocal in asking for a technician that's not sick. They also do a punch card, 10th massage is free!

The pressure used during the massage was exactly what I was looking for and needed at the time. Craig used hot stones as well to help loosen the tissue and that was an added bonus. I did not receive an intake form prior to my massage and that would have been nice because I could have completed it in advance to give background information as that can be very important when working on someone for the first time. The massage space was comfortable although a bit difficult to find the correct entrance in the office building and I booked for a Sunday so all the doors were locked and I needed to call to figure out how to get in.
