She took pictures of my stands and body and showed me all my trouble areas before she started to work on me. In less than 30 minutes she was able to relax all my muscles. This is so hard to explain but before arriving to Kelly a lot of emotional stresses build up. Kelly was able to tell me I had a lot of angry emotions store in my body and put light pressure Kelly called it "this is your Joy" and asked how my chest felt.
