Had an appointment with the office at 10:30. I arrived on time. After waiting for 30 minutes I went to speak to the receptionist who informed me that the provider was running behind. She seemed to be surprised that I was still waiting in the lobby. I was subsequently informed that there was another patient ahead of me. I could not wait an additional 10 minutes as I had another appointment. I am a medical provider and I am sensitive to time constraints and I was disappointed that i was kept waiting so long. I do not recommend this clinic. This clinic does not clearly explain treatment costs to patients. They charge $600 per laser treatment, but they do not tell you this is the price for EACH treatment. They only say "$600" without explaining clearly. I also heard that if you pay a deposit, they keep it for one year. If you do not use it within that time, they keep your money. The front desk staff are rude and difficult to communicate with. Their customer service is very poor. Patients deserve clear information about costs before receiving treatment. This clinic does not provide this transparency. read more

I have been seeing her since she took over the practice and lately had red skin that was sensitive and she knew right off what was wrong, did my skin cancer check and answered my questions on what else I could do to address areas of concern. Dr. Colombo is the best I told her that she could be a psychiatrist, geriatric physician, life coach and financial advisor. She cares deeply and her love and care is evident in the way she treats you the same way you're treated by loving family member. I wish more doctors were like her. Her kind approach to help care is evident in the rest of the staff, from the moment you walk into the clinic. First you're greeted by Ms. Pema, smiling being very kind. I was even late at least 17 minutes she still said oh I it's okay I am sure Dr. Colombo would love to see you. Such warmth and kindness! The medical assistant Ms.Tamiya was equally nice and friendly. I wanted several suspicious spots checked for peace of mind. The doctor looked at each as well as checked the entire body for possible cancerous growths. A biopsy was taken on only one, while the rest were deemed as keratosis. I am awaiting the results of the biopsy, but am very pleased with the dermatologist''s thoroughness and allaying my fears. read more

I was seen by Colleen Burkhart. She was wonderful and took her time to explain the condition I was having and to explain the treatment. She wrote everything down for me so I don't forget. My daughter needed to see her dermatologist ASAP due to an odd break out we were concerned about. Unfortunately we couldn't get in until august 23. After getting recommendations, we were able to get into see Dr Colombo the same week (due to a cancellation). The office was bright and clean, office staff was friendly. Greatest part was they took her back at her exact appointment time! Almost unheard of. My daughter is 18, so I did not go in with her, however she expressed she really liked Dr Colombo and felt like she was in good hands. Highly recommend! read more

I arrived ten minutes early for my 2:30 annual-skin-cancer-check appointment. Shortly thereafter, I was taken back to the exam room. I sat waiting for 45 minutes at which time I stuck my head out the door and was asked if I needed something. The assistant told me he would try his best to get her (the doctor) in to see me. As I left the office, Dr. Columbo excused her extreme tardiness by saying she was in with another patient and that sometimes there's a wait. As if 45 minutes is normal and to be expected! She told her assistant, within my hearing range, not to worry about it; sometimes they leave! I will never return to Integrated Dermatology of Reston. I DO NOT recommend them. read more

Dr. Nasabzadeh is such an amazing dr. I see her for yearly skin checks because I have a lot of sun damage. I also just started having her treat my acne. She is very kind and attentive, and I feel like she is fully present with me in appointments. Additionally, I am a plus-size person, and it is always a gamble whether a doctor will mention my body shape and size, but I always feel comfortable with her. (Granted, this is not a weight-centric speciality.) Also, I often feel self-conscious at dermatologists because I do not have clear, tight, smooth skin. I have always felt so comfortable there that I don't worry about my looks when I am there, and that means a lot to me. read more

I got a lot out of my regular skin screening. Dr Nasabzadeh answered so many rapid fire questions and put in several prescriptions for me straightaway. Her bedside manner was very reassuring, calm, and informative. The office was in slight disarray in September 2023, because they are working on an expansion. In spite of a bit of clutter, everything was very clean and staff was friendly & professional. It took a little while to be seen, which is a very minor complaint to get to see a doc that will take extra time to listen to all of your concerns and questions. read more

The worse Service. I had an appointment, and I came in 30mins early and waited. They checked me in and brought me to the doctor's office and told me to wait for the doctor. I sat in the doctor's office for an additional 50mins and no one came by to check on me and update on when the doctor will be available. Integrated Dermatology of Reston & Dr. Theresa Nasabzadeh, MD was the first dermatologist I have ever been to. Everyone there was very professional and welcoming. I was there for a full cancer screening, which had me a bit scared. Dr. Nasabzadeh helped ease my concerns with her expertise & manner. I felt very confident in her diagnostic abilities. Dr. Nasabzadeh was thorough performing a full scan, explained everything as it was happening, listened well and answered all my questions while performing a couple biopsies and a couple on-site procedures. Everything was done to help me understand what and why these were happening and necessary. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the excellent patient experience provided at Integrated Dermatology of Reston. Really wish I could have seen Dr. Colombo! Arrived at 9:45, fifteen minutes before my appointment time, and still wasn't seen by 10:20. They did not let me know they were running behind until I asked. They couldn't reschedule until the end of April! I did not appreciate that the receptionist suggested I schedule for "when I have more time". I think it's reasonable to expect to be seen within 15 minutes of your appointment time, but maybe I have crazy expectations! Really a shame because they seem like a great derm, but their receptionists are not providing good customer service. read more

I've been treated by Dr. Morgana Colombo for many years, first in Alexandria and then in Reston. She's extremely knowledgeable and I trust her. She provided Botox and restylane injections, a skin care regimen and laser hair removal treatments. She's a high energy doctor with lots of experience. I haven't seen anyone else in the practice but they seem to be very busy. I think that you'll like Dr. Colombo. read more

The building is conveniently located near the Metro and Dulles Toll Road with ample parking. The office spaces are beautiful & lots of attentive staff are present to ensure you are checked in properly. Nurse Spencer was lovely & knowledgeable in taking down my concerns, then shortly following that Dr. Teresa Nasabzadeh came to see me. She was already aware of the details I had shared and very patiently waited as I asked additional questions. She was extremely insightful & knowledgeable of my condition and immediately recommended a three pronged approach to begin treatment with a short follow up appt in four weeks. If I could give zero stars I would. The doctor was pleasant but the office staff are so rude and condescending. Not to mention, it is a HIPPA nightmare as there is no privacy in the busy check in/check out area. It's nice to find a practice that uses ZocDoc for scheduling but now I realize it's because their administrative staff lacks the social and emotional intelligence to be be patient/public facing. read more
