I was impressed by their modern array of up to date diagnostics like the dental CT scan. The bone graft they placed has healed completely on follow up x-ray. When I confirmed with my insurance they stated it was not accurate and also showed me three procedure codes that were misquoted, they were quoted way higher. They also tried to charge me a crown lab fee of $550 and per my insurance they are not allowed to charge more than $100 lab fee. She obviously did not like being corrected and said it was the benefits team that uploaded the benefits wrong and stated she didn't appreciate me being disrespectful and hung up on me. But it's OK to misquote me, take my $500 and then when I call you to tell you that your treatment plan is wrong. I'm being disrespectful.. I don't know how you can be a manager and be so horrible at taking feedback and corrections. Typically it's the persons job at the desk to verify the insurance and cost benefit. In her office, there is a team that does it and that is fine. However, the feedback and information are going to come back to the manager, and the manager should be receptive to the feedback.
