Lowe's and Home Depot has younger people that didn't know what I was talking about (this after hunting them down for 30 min). Pace was the typical pro place were the guy treated me like shit because I didn't know exactly what I needed so my questions were met with rolled eyes. To top that of he gave a bunch of attitude when I said what he showed me wasn't what I was looking for etc. real asshole. Then I went to Slakey bros. Gent behind the counter was not only patient, but knowledgeable and even after I was sold mentioned a different (cheaper) product that some of my project could use in lue of more expense material that wouldn't had worked as well. I'm a new home owner and will definitely be back for the exceptional service and knowledge. We are lucky to have businesses like Starkey bros. I'll pay for good service and knowledge! I called Jimmy Gracier the Service Supervisor at Gridley Pape machinery to ask if he could do the work . He said sure can. So he had the combine transferred to Gridley right away. He got it done in a very timely manor with plenty of time left before harvest. He transferred it to willows for me and all work was finished and satisfactory . After harvest started I had another major problem so I called Jimmy once again and he transferred combine back to Gridley and he remedied the problem in one day which is simply amazing for what it was. He had the combine transferred back to me once again so I was able to finish harvest. I can't even express or even begin to explain how amazing Jimmy is and I'm so thankful he is just a phone call away . He even came out himself to do some of the work sometimes because he was short handed on employees at the time. Oh Another thing is he always answers or calls you right back and most people do not do that from my experience. I've had other things break that he has helped me with to but we would be here all day if I listed all of them . Anyway all I can say is he is the best at what he does so if you need anything I would definitely recommend ten times out of ten to call Jimmy Gracier Service supervisor from Gridley Pape Machinery. After working together he's a true friend and awesome manager and gets things done fast so we can keep going during harvest . Thanks again

Recently we picked up some ordered items as well as 1 gallon of engine oil. My husband is disabled and an employee carried out and placed oil on the floor in our passenger backseat area. When I went to get the oil out, it had leaked from the lid all over and under the back floor mat, the carpet was saturated! Almost the entire gallon was spilled. Because I have the entire back seat covered by our pet seat and my front passenger seat back there is no way that if the oil was placed standing up it could have fallen to be laying flat as to allow the spill. We didn't open the container or note the way it was initially placed but it did not have a plastic tum seal on the lid. Beeler's ultimate is finding us that we shouldn't have left it in the car for a day...They finally agreed to give us another oil and would try to clean up the mess themselves although admittedly they had no clue how. I've soakes up all I can with paper towels, applied pressure with a plastic spackle tool to bring up more oil, and applied baking soda to absorb more. We are now looking for businesses that can clean up with degreaser and shampoo and hope oil hadn't migrated seeping through carpet/padding.
