Poor professional skill. The receptionists never have a clue.. These ladies seem nice but are never trained. For some reason I find myself chasing down Jason to get things done. I have no clue why I never get renewal notices from them??? Youd think as my agent they would want me to renew each year.. If I pay you get paid that's how that works right??
