I have never hesitated to call him with my questions and/or concerns. He explains things clearly and simply. On occasion, I have stopped into his office and he has always given me his undivided attention and as much time as I needed. With many insurance companies, they have several people answering phones and you never know who you are going to get. At Greg's office, I have ever only gotten him, or occasionally, his receptionist who is herself trained in insurance matters. I highly recommend Greg and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for not just insurance, but for someone with whom they can establish a professional relationship and not just be a policy number!

There is not enough room on this review to even scratch the surface of all the horror stories I could tell you about the time we had this office insurance us! It's a shame that you are forced to give a star at all.

She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, open, honest, and supportive of my financial considerations. Sarah also asked me questions about my criteria for selection for another carrier and advised me accordingly. Most importantly, her response times via the phone and on email were right on, which created a high level of trust and reinforced my decision to go with Travelers. Sarah not only increased coverage with my homeowner's policy, but also saved me almost $500 a year on my auto policy. She's phenomenal!

Insurance can be a bit intimidating and hard to understand. Peace of mind is everything. Before we…read morewent through Chris, we had car insurance through one company and our homeowners through another and we did not have peace of mind. We were happy with our car insurance but the person who had our homeowners hadn't contacted us in 3 years. I called to get earthquake insurance. We were told that it's always a separate company who writes those policies and it was VERY expensive. That earthquake company was out of state and had bad reviews. I started my search. I called Chris, from a referral, and was told that State Farm writes earthquake! Then the magic happened. He was able to give us full coverage on both vehicles, and an incredible homeowners policy with earthquake insurance (with more coverage and lower deductible) AND saved us more annually than the other 2 separate policies! On top of that we have added on another umbrella policy when we found out how low the cost was. He and his staff are by far the most caring, fun, outgoing people I've ever worked with. Every time I call they brighten my day. They are ultra responsive. Didn't matter what time I called from a vacation when I had a rental car problem, phone was answered right away. They are fast to respond to email also. Over the last year it's uncanny how many people I know who use him for insurance. Their app is also very handy to use. I guarantee you'll be blown away with what they can do for you. Give them a call and make some new friends!

From the first time I talked to him, he's always been professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Over the years, he's helped me through all kinds of insurance updates and changes, always taking the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what I was getting. I've checked rates online extensively -- believe me, nobody beats what Chris can offer. He finds the best coverage and the best value, and you can tell he truly loves helping people. He's also the friendliest person I've ever spoken with in any business -- I honestly felt like I was talking to an actual celebrity. Chris goes above and beyond for his clients, and he does it all with humor, heart, and enthusiasm. At one point, he even sang the "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!" jingle to me -- with full energy and pride. That moment summed him up perfectly: genuine, upbeat, and completely dedicated to making people smile while getting them taken care of. If you want an insurance agent who knows his stuff, delivers unbeatable rates, and treats you like family -- Chris Jones is the one you want on your side.
