Since I started with Gannon, I have been in one car accident as well as had an issue with updating my credit union with my new policy. On both occasions, Steve and his staff immediately stepped in, asked how to help, and both of these issues were resolved immediately by Gannon. They made my accident so much easier on me because they were there to help me through it. You actually get help from Steve, when most owners hide behind their staff. They also gave me a code on my keychain that if I lost my keys, Anyone can return them to Gannon and they would be forwarded to the owner.
