Called him to confirm receipt. Ethan advised he would be in touch with me after open enrollment started - didn't hear from him. Called him, left a voicemail. Texted him a week later, got a response that he was in a meeting, but he would call me by the end of the day... Never heard from him. A massive waste of my time.
