When I emailed in to ask about it, I was told basically 'It's out of our control, too bad'. Now, I get an email about my renewal and they are increasing my premium again, to 180 something. I have not had any kind of accident, or even any claim whatsoever. I just switched back to Geico for almost half the price. Communication is very poor with this office overall.

She say stated requirements. I said again could either visually or on piece of paper show me how much space is needed for stamp so I can fix it and come back. She stated she was done and to have nice day. I ask for manager or her boss info she stated she was highest person I could speak to which was not true. Worst service I have ever experienced at any financial institution. Will never do business there as ling she works there. Gave several chances to fix her mistake and refused. File compliant with corporate and complaint with bbb and state. She failed at her job and as notary. She turned a simple request into nightmare.

It is now April 8 approximately six days before tax deadline and we have yet to receive our taxes even though they were relatively simple to do. I have called repeatedly to find out when I can expect to receive my taxes for filing, but even though I have left my name and number with the receptionist, have not received any phone calls whatsoever from any anyone in this firm. I must say that I am very disappointed in the handling of my affairs and I will contact them again this date and advised that if they have not finished my taxes I will request that they be given back to me so I can take it to someone who can finish my tax return before the deadline. I don't know if I have upset them to the point where they will not return my calls even though that would be very unprofessional on their part but nonetheless, I need my taxes finished and filed. It is now quite obvious that they will not complete this task prior to the deadline, which will require that they file a request for extension, even though they've had, as stated above, my taxes now for 10 weeks. I think it's quite obvious that I do not recommend these people or preparing taxes.
