Compared to its competitors like Regus and other local businesses, the BenchSpace has the best customer service and the best offices. It's the only place that does coworking right. The biggest thing for me was that there were no cancellation notice requirements or fees. Rent is month-to-month so you can have a desk to work at for as short or long a period of time as you need. Another thing they do that others don't is offer you a free day. This sold it for me. The other offices would just give you a tour, but you don't really know what you're getting in to. Having a free day allowed me to see that the space was consistently quiet and I wasn't going to be in a nightmare office. Ultimately, I highly recommend this space for anybody who's looking for a short-term solution. It's cheaper than building a home office and it feels nice to have somewhere to go everyday so you're not stuck inside.

The company mentioned that, due to their policy to which I signed, I would have needed to cancel on August 1st if I did not want to pay for September. Thereafter, I filed a credit card dispute, which was unfortunately decided in favor of Regus. It's fair to say that I signed the contract, and that I should have read it a bit more carefully to better understand the terms and conditions of cancellation. At the same time, what kind of policy is that? I need to cancel 30 days prior for a MONTHLY subscription? Due to this experience, I will NEVER be using or recommending Regus services again.

I do love the fact that when you're in break you could either eat at the food court then have in the second floor or in the little sit down area they provide. For the food court, you have to go to the second floor and walk to your right almost like you're walking to the elevators. Before going to them, you make a left and walk down a hallway till you get to this entry way to your left. That's where you enter in. The sit area isn't really small. It probably has about 15 small 4 seaters and about 3 tall eight seaters. It had two circle seats which had palm trees in the middle of them with charging ports as well. That's at the front of the plaza as soon as you walk in. There is also a bank/ATM and a decent sized concession stand. At the other side is where you go up/down going up to the second floor. Which u know has a jewelry store, a law firm and I think a bank. There are elevators to the other floors as well, but I am unsure of what's on those floors. They decorate for Christmas on the inside with these big snowflakes and that are hanging in the sitting area along with about 8 trees with white lights. They have a huge Christmas tree on the outside before you walk into the doors with colored lights on and a star at the top. The second floor has another decent sized tree decorated with white lights and red, silver and white decorations
