Cannot quote replacement cost coverage per square foot. 3. Forgets who brought account to her. 4. State Farm refuses to provide copy of commercial policy in PDF file. Only paper. 5. Liz will lot scan paper policy into PDF file & provide to insured. 6. While Liz Berry- State Farm is better than many agents in other areas, that does not forgive or compensate for her foibles. 7. My parents had State Farm on this house, so literally the only change was the fact that I was now the policy holder. I wasn't a new homeowner, I had multi-car discount, but all of a sudden, a $900 bill became over $3000??? I spoke to NUMEROUS State Farm agents in the area and not a single one could explain why the premium was so drastically different. This frustration eventually led to me switching to a different insurance company. Fast forward a few years and it was time to add my teenage daughter to my auto insurance policy so I decided to shop around. My brother reminded me that Liz Berry was a State Farm agent. Both he and my mom had State Farm because of Liz and were more than pleased. I figured I had nothing to lose and reached out to Liz. I don't know what magical wizardry she worked but she was able to offer me a policy comparable to what I already had and was cheaper than my current insurance company at the time and the other quotes I received!! I was pleasantly surprised and can't help but wonder what the Charleston area State Farm agents that I'd reached out to before were doing besides nothing useful. Thanks to Liz Berry and her phenomenal team, I've got amazing customer service, a policy with the coverage I want, at a price that makes me happy. State Farm is no longer my enemy because of Liz's commitment to customer service. Highly recommended!!
