This review is for the Morgan Crossing Location at 24ave and 160th St…read more Initially I was very excited to see the store was coming soon and then less and less excited as the opening was delayed several months. When it finally opened it was nice to see although it was a relatively small store they made use of the space. The place was clean and someone always has offered to help me within seconds of walking in if not with a customer. All great things. The issue came when I began looking around for my 2gm vape refill. I was given 1 flavour choice. I quickly mentioned if they got at least one other flavour it would mean the world to me. I offered a popular strain Couch lock and let them know I would be on every 4 days rather than when I'm too lazy to go to another location. This was all barely acceptable when receiving the " new store" 10% off it was 2 dollars more than every other store. I was in a sticky and needed exactly that but no time to go to any other location. Well the new store deal dropped and after months of requesting the most popular vape on the market I was given a bill for a flavour I didn't even like it was tolerable. When she passed the terminal without stating the final cost I'm glad I looked. Now they are 10.00 more expensive than a my other store. YIKES. Look the place is clean, adequately staffed to achieve mediocrity with 1 or 2 front staff max. Is that worth an extra 10.00 when gas's is at its highest levels ever, groceries increasingly larger bills each month, and the place we turn to for some form of relief or joy in our week takes another low blow to its customer by making the decision to have that escape affordable?

I am shocked to see all the "awards" displayed from prior years makes me ask what happened?…read more As a regular as most people entering a cannabis store I would like to get in get my goods and go. I'm not there for story time, or worse yet standing behind someone telling a story with no concept of what usually happens when visiting someone at there place of employment. When other customers arrive you put story time on hold and clear out the customers and go back to the time you stole 4 joints at an Alice Cooper concert. I think friendly staff is essential in customer service. But with that comes the responsibility to know when it's time to work and when it's time to ignore the world. The price is 5-7 dollars more than the other stores I have been told it's because the give back to the community. For myself I would prefer as a life time chronic to have a regular price and choose where I give my extra cash . I wanted to love this store, it's close to my house it does have a unique atmosphere. This is where the one star comes in. Believe it or not after 35 even potheads start to value prompt accurate problem free service over a conversation at the beach with a guy selling beads but pushing weed.
