I felt humiliated. The owner is shallow and miserable, I pity his childhood. Think before entering the place with kids. The products are bought from Italy, they don not own the manufacturing unit, it means you are paying double profit , first to the manufacturing unit and second to resource, that's the reason for hike in prices (double compared to other places).

Keep in mind that since it's custom made in Italy, it takes a very long time for delivery (months. plural), but it's worth the wait if you want something this innovative and high quality. Also, make sure the mattress you buy isn't too thick to fit.

The outside isn't much to look at in fact under any other circumstances I wouldn't have given it another look. The place was definitely no frills but there was a great selection. The thing that really sold us was the customization. Pick the size, the fabric, the legs, how many pillows and so on and so forth. No one wants a cookie cutter home so this was a great refresher from any IKEA shopping trip. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to get us our sofa produced and delivered within 2 weeks. The only issues I had were his staff had no idea what was going on when I called, I was told they would call me back to confirm delivery and they never did and after confirming a time to pick up some special order legs they were no where to be found; unfortunately these happen to be a few of my pet peeves. Now granted I got a great deal on my Sofa, had it delivered (after a few phone calls) and got the legs (after he pulled them off the floor model) all at about a $500 savings. Im gonna say it was worth it. Deal with the owner and expect a few hick-ups but know that theres some doe in it for you.

Did I save money? Yes. But would I recommend this store? No! This is a classic case of when saving money doesn't make up for the terrible customer service and bad experience I had. Like the other reviewer mentioned, there was mix up with delivery for my two items (sofa & table/chairs) and I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with the delivery. The sofa didn't come with the legs attached although they said it was fully assembled. When I called about it, the delivery guy yelled at me on the phone! He tried to convince me I said it was ok for him to not attach the legs. That makes no sense at all since I have no tools, so why would I turn him down? Of course, when I said that he exploded and yelled at me for calling him a liar. What an unpleasant and uncomfortable phone call! I asked the delivery guy to have the owner call me, but I didn't receive a call back. The final nail in the coffin was that the table arrived with a gash on the side which I didn't catch til later. It's my own fault for not inspecting carefully, but it really made for an even worse experience. I didn't bother calling the store again because I just didn't want to deal with them anymore. I'd recommend going elsewhere for furniture purchases!

This couch is in perfect condition except for the yellow blotches. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this store and this is called customer service?.... They provided tracking numbers and shipping contacts in advance. I was able to watch the delivery progress as the table and 8 chairs moved across Canada and the US to So. Florida - about as far away as one could be within the contiguous U.S. The shipment arrived right on time. The table arrived perfectly! Seriously, the quality of this table more than exceeded my expectations. I've seen similar expandable tables and expected this one would have some "wobble" to it once expanded. Nope - this thing is as solid open as it is closed. I just love it. - Now, 2 of the chairs were slightly damaged by the shipper, not by Expand. The box appeared to have been mishandled, resulting in two chairs losing screws that hold the chair backs firmly in place. I'd taken pictures of the box prior to opening it - and I noted on the delivery receipt that the box appeared to have a small hole in one of the boxes. Note: we were experiencing almost hurricane (IAN) weather when the shippers unloaded it from their truck. I could understand some "slippage". Anyway, I called Expand to see how we might repair them. Expand wouldn't hear of it - INSTEAD, they quickly expressed two replacement Nano Chairs to me. Rarely do I see this kind of customer service any more. - The table and chairs' quality was only surpassed by their customer service. To me, the fact that they stand so firmly behind their product and their choice of shipper speaks volumes. I WOULD NOT HESITITATE to use them again. The sales associate who assisted us was friendly and helpful, but we decided to come back another day to consider our options before making the purchase. When we returned, we were assisted by Amer who was just as helpful and friendly as the sales associate we met on our initial visit. We made the purchase that day for delivery the next and added on the pick up service they offer for a fee. Amer was proactive with calling beforehand to ensure that we would be home to receive the delivery, and we managed to set a time that would work for the both us. The pick up and drop off went well. We were in a building with no elevator so we decided to carry our futon down to the entrance before their arrival. Once they got here, they carried the sofa bed all the way up our staircase and into our suite. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping at this store if you're looking for furniture. Vikas was very polite and showed us the sofas and recliners and patiently answered all our questions. There was a sale with no tax and free delivery. He gave us printouts of the styles we liked and price listed. We compared his selection, quality, price, delivery with the big box name stores. Lifetime Home Furnishings was the best value and selection. We ordered a full grain leather electric recliner loveseat. It's custom made overseas. Vikas told us it will take about 3 - 4 months. When the loveseat arrived in his warehouse, Vikas called and arranged delivery and setup. Delivery was in the early evening. If you need your old sofa dumped, Vikas charged a very reasonable fee for the pickup. We donated our old but still good sofa to a charity. We are very happy and pleased with our purchase. Vikas gave us the BEST service and the value of the loveseat.
