He arrived quickly, gave us a great bid and we have been VERY happy with his company. They arrive on time when they say they will, something most contractors have a hard time doing. There at 8:00 AM each day with a team ready to hit the ground running. They protected all the surfaces NOT getting painted, removed all doors and mission shutters and then after refreshing, rehung same perfectly. They worked long days and got the job done, cleaning up each day upon completion. Norm and his wife, Jenn, are the business and they are exceptional. Very kind and work together seamlessly. Got to work right away replacing a broken spring. In addition to replacing the part and adjusting the settings to ensure it was done correctly, they checked and tightened each bolt on the door panels and lubed all of the joints so the door is so much quieter! When I asked if I needed the rubber gasket replaced, he said he could do it but I didn't need it right now. Maybe in a year or so. So no attempt to upsell!
