Monina gave me all the details upfront including the overlay options (my original vendor didn't until we booked him). We were able to cancel the other vendor and book with Picture Folks. They were easy to work with and they were able to customize the overlay for my wedding. They provided 3 options and each one of them were beautiful. Many of our guests complimented our photobooth station. They loved the slick design of the machine and that it gave them time to change props and poses in between photos. As our event drew closer, Sarah was also an amazing help. She communicated with me and my wedding planner to ensure everything went smoothly (and that we didn't have to worry about the setup or timeline!). We had absolutely zero issues on the day of the wedding as a result.
