He missed leaks under the bedroom sink, in the ceiling of the master bedroom. Electrical wiring, Hot spots in the electrical box. He did not use a Thermal Image, or check for moisture in the walls. My second inspection, with Lunspro, report was about 77 pages long. Explained everything in detail. Checked for Hot spots, moisture in the walls, plumbing under the house. Went above and beyond.

Sold the house again, the same people came out saw the house called the customer that requested it and said I know this house I am familer with it. Now I've lost the sell of my home yet again after fixing things. The first report says he couldn't get under the house to look at it but yet has written in the report it's all bad! REALLY!! Never even wrote up a report on the second one and still charged the client money. This guy is a joke!!Again I rate them a negative on the chart.
