I had two separate tax issues and Insight Financial has successfully negotiated one and is still currently working on the other. They provide updates both written and verbal on a regular basis. They are willing and happy to work around my schedule in order to make sure all my concerns are addressed and questions answered. Insight ROCKS!!!!! I got individualized attention, constant support and my problem was completely resolved. It didn't happen overnight, and it wasn't cheap, but this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. When you consider the fact that they were able to cut me a deal with New York State for less than 20% of what the state said I owed, I came out way ahead. Jace really went to the mat for me. If you like false promises and a company pumping you for money when their promise is to save you money, then look no further. They were suppose to fight the IRS to lower my taxes. As soon as I paid them they took about a month. Then said to move forward I needed to pay more. Then I had to file my Missing tax years. Once I paid them to do my taxes they took another few months. Then once they finished them they gave me 2 days to sign and send back. No time to look them over. I told them I needed time to have someone look them over and they said either I pay $5000 or they will cancel my account. We went back and forth and they canceled my account. I'm out over $6000 and they did ZERO work. Ryan Davis is the "chief operations officer" of this hole in the wall wanna be tax business. DO NOT HIRE THESE HACKS. read more

Run from this company as fast as you can. They are a bunch of con artist. I gave them $7500 and they did absolutely nothing for me. They strung me along. At first I asked for $2000 and said that's all it would cost then I asked for another 3000 then I asked for another 2500 finally they asked for another 5000 and I refused because I did absolutely nothing for me. They canceled my file and wouldn't return any of my money. They did absolutely nothing for me. They are a bunch of con, artist, and thieves. Do not do business with them. read more

It was a exteme pleasure working with insight after the poor customer service I received from Optima. The best part is that Insight cost me only a fraction of the cost that Optima charges. My case manager was in constant contact with me and always there when I had a question unlike again Optima. Everyone at Insight was very professional and always willing to help me, and in a timely manner. The other company I had hired did almost nothing for ten months and actually cost me more money. Insight Group had my tax issues resolved in 30 days unlike the other company. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSIGHT Michael A. read more

Insight Financial solutions helped me with tax issues that were so challenging that I wanted to write this review to highly recommend this outstanding tax accounting firm. They not only got my payments monthly owed to the IRS lowered they also did such perfect book keeping that I no longer have to live in fear of being audited. They set up a LLC to help me with my tax burden and are helping me in the future maximize potential income against my expenses. Whenever I have a question they get back to me immediately and I feel with all the tax accountants I have worked with in the past they are top of the line like Deloitte or Earnest and Young but because they are a small firm you get the attention you need with a small business. I been working with this firm for almost 3 years and will continue for years to work with them as my company builds. read more

Insight Financial has helped me restructure my business and save me thousands in taxes. I had no idea what I was doing regarding the estimated tax deposits 941's etc. I had two other companies just try to negotiate out my taxes but never mentioned anything about restructuring my company which was the overall issue. I read the other reviews when I initiated contact. The owner mentioned to me they were x employees that want to tarnish the companies representation. I am glad I gave them the chance instead of believing a yelp review. They did a no cost tax investigation for me which no other company has offered to me. The fee was flat rated but I decided to hire them for additional bookkeeping and accounting. I also want to thank Nancy for dealing with my crazy wife and I. read more

Insight Financial Solutions,LLC did not do anything to solve our problem we had with our gross receipt tax, absolutely nothing. All they did was BS us. They should be doing their work behind bars. They will take your money then BS you somemore ,then say they need additional money and do nothing else. What a racket. What a mess they cause us. Ripped us off. We are out almost $5000.00 and solve the problem ourselves. They had contacted us about our problem and made us a promise that they could get the tax reduced to 25% of what was owed and set up a payment plan.BS BS BS BS I could not live with myself if this is how I had to made my living. We are an elderly couple who can not afford this extra money. Shame on you Gus. read more

Excellent service, very responsive, extremely knowledgeable staff, you will be in great hands!

My story is very similar to Jeff M's !! Please do not hire this bunch of phonies!! I did have some tax problems and Insight contacted me. I made a huge mistake and went with them hoping they could help. I paid $2500 up front. After six weeks wanted another $2500 so I paid, another six weeks... guess what?? Needed more money. I said "it's now double of what you told me and you need more?" They told me if I didn't pay I would never get a resolution because they had power of attorney. So, like a dummy I paid another $2500. I was told settlement was close with the IRS. Ha... More lies by the time it was over I paid Insight $10,000 when I told them no more they dropped me. I called the IRS myself canceled there POA and finished the process on my own. I hope someone reads this and heeds my warning. Stay away from this firm !!! read more

Company misrepresneted their pricing policy and achieved no results. Once involved had little choice but to pay additional fees. Company contacted me over a tax debt and offered to negotiate with the IRS on my behalf. They quoted me a fee of $2500.00 which I agreed to. I sent them my documentation and they started the process. After about a month they came back to me and stated that they were close to a settlement but that our "Retainer" ran out and that in order to complete the process they would need an additional $2500.00. Speciffically, they used high pressure and bullying tactics to get me to agree to pay. If I chose not to pay then they would stop working on my behalf but they assured me they were close to a settlement so I agreed to pay. After I agreed to pay, they came back and said that the IRS had made a mistake with the settlement agreement they were close to and that they would agree to a settlemetn agreement four times what was discussed. This was way more then we could afford to pay. Ultimately, our settlement agreement was rejected by the IRS. We recieved nothing of value from Insight Financial Solutions. I have now spoken directly with the IRS and we are on the way to resolving our tax issue. Additionally, I was contacted by a former Insight Financial Solutions employee. Using information that I provided to Insight she contacted me, warned me about the business practices of Insight Financial Solutions and then tried to sell me her services to negotiate with the IRS. Insight Financial DID not protect my personnel private and confidential financial information. This is a huge issue! read more

We have been getting mail from this company and it makes it look very "official". I got a call on my cell phone from a representative from this company today. She would not give me details why she was calling but wanted to trap me into admitting we had a federal tax lien, she asked for my husband and then wanted me to confirm we file jointly before telling me why she was calling. She said she was calling from Insight Financial Solutions but was very sketchy on giving me details of the nature of her business. Luckily I have worked for an attorney and my scam o meter was alerted. I advised her we did not need her assistance and she hung up the phone. It angers me that there are ambulance chasers out there taking advantage of people when they are at their most vulnerable. Do not give any info to these scumbags and do not fall for their line of b.s. read more
