I'm not a hair dresser so I was putty in her hands. She suggested low lights for some definition. She was efficient but not "rushy". My color came out great and the low lights looked so natural! I asked for a trim and that's what she did- telling me she may be a little conservation with the scissors but she can always take more off. The salon feel is a little retro and I understand their clientele is more mature so that makes sense. I liked the feel of the salon- it was comforting to me. I enjoyed the experience that went ahead and made another appt which I don't normally do. While I can't speak about any other stylist in the salon, I can recommend Terri.

Next: She wowed me again when she cut my son's hair!! He is not even 7 years old & has cried through most other barber shops/stylists, but Terri reassured him and he felt comfortable.
