I asked for a trim and that's what she did- telling me she may be a little conservation with the scissors but she can always take more off. The salon feel is a little retro and I understand their clientele is more mature so that makes sense. I liked the feel of the salon- it was comforting to me. I enjoyed the experience that went ahead and made another appt which I don't normally do. While I can't speak about any other stylist in the salon, I can recommend Terri.
