The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming to me and my mom, explained to us how everything works, how to complete the initial paperwork, etc. They always have tea, fruit, water at the waiting area. We explained my mom's pain and they took some x-rays then explained to us in detail what the x-rays showed in very easy words so we were able to understand. A 6 session adjustment was prescribed. Every day a visit takes aprox 15-20 mins, the price per adjustment is $40. It includes a table massage with some machinery they plug to your affected area and a checkup/adjustment from the Chiro. Service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable, they take their time with you to explain or switch the teraphy to something that would work better for you. If you don't have improvement on the first 6 sessions they will refer you to a specialist or prescribe an MRI, which is very good because they are very honest and upfront with you from the beginning, they want to help more than take your money. I strongly recommend this place for someone who needs affordable and comprehensive therapy.

I was questioned, judged, and ultimately told that she couldn't understand how someone could be both a Democrat and a Christian. This wasn't a passing comment--it was repeated and pressed upon me throughout the appointment, making it feel more like an interrogation than a service. To make matters worse, I received a follow-up text from her the next day that read: "Well, you said you weren't a Democrat so I don't see why you were offended by me saying that I can't understand how a Democrat can be a Christian. You're an independent so that doesn't put you in that category." She then accused me of lying and intentionally deceiving her because I didn't inform her I wouldn't be returning. That level of entitlement--expecting a client to justify why they won't return after such an inappropriate experience--is astonishing. Personal beliefs have no place in a professional setting unless the client brings them up, and even then, it should be handled with respect. What happened during and after this appointment crossed every boundary of professionalism and decency. If you're considering this provider, ask yourself whether you're comfortable having your beliefs questioned and judged while sitting in the chair. For me, this was a one-and-done experience--and not for the reasons I expected.

The nurse practitioner, and all of her staff treated me with such respect and kindness. I would completely recommend this place and go back many times over. they gave me a good treatment, plan and adequate medication to alleviate my symptoms . Plus the follow up call from my practitioner was such an awesome feeling. The office is dated in some areas, but who cares. I prioritize care over Albis and feng shui.
