We had the pad thai, yellow curry, green curry, papaya salad, pad see ew, and pad kra prow. Everything we ordered was tasty, and they had containers to take leftovers home. They also accommodated my food allergy without any issues. Service was friendly, and they kindly accommodated our larger party of 5 (even though we'd made a reservation for 4).

In we went. We started with some drinks, why not? I had a lovely glass of dry white wine. We quickly ordered the wonton salad while we glanced over some entrees. It arrived quickly and it was light and great for sharing. There's no protein, no complaints, but I was expecting it. It didn't take away from the deliciousness. We ordered the pad thai and green curry. They were great and a nice break from spanish food. Maybe it was all the Guiness, but I would recommend hitting up this place. Prices and portions are great!

The lady working there kindly let us sit anyways saying we have an hour before the reservations will come in. That was enough time for us to satisfy our cravings. I ordered the pad Thai with prawns and my boyfriend ordered the Indonesian fried rice with the fried egg on top. Both were tasty and a tad too sweet for my liking. The pad Thai is pretty authentic and it came with additional items to give it more flavor such as raw bean sprouts and onions. I really enjoyed the noodles and the fried rice was delicious. Highly recommend coming here for an Asian fix and to also make a reservation. The menu items were quite interesting and would come back to try other items if I had more time. But I'm glad we got to stop by during our short stay in Madrid. Also the price is very reasonable about 9 euros per meal.

I was all over the country but spent time in Madrid on three different occasions. I stumbled upon Thai Orchid, almost by accident. I was desperate for some spicy food. I was sick of pork and bread. I ordered a curry and a few appetizers. I also had some wine. It was Gay Pride month, and this place is right down from the location where a show was happening that most of the city was attending. Although I missed the festivities, the party was in the restaurant in my mouth. I'm joking around, but I enjoyed every bit of my meal and would recommend this place looking to enjoy a legit Thai place who has not dumbed down their spices for the Spaniards.

With a quick glance at the menu, we realized the set menu for the night would be the way to go. For only a few Euro more than a normal main course, you get a first plate, dessert and drink. Was I overly full afterwards? Surely. But was it worth it? Definitely. Not only was the Pad Thai plentiful, it was spicy (upon request), which is always a plus in my book. While I was full after this first plate, next came the Vegetarian Curry which was also delicious. Service was nice and it wasn't too expensive at all. I'm glad they deliver so close to my home because my search for acceptable Thai food ends here!
