I spoke to Carrie who kindly explained to me their jumpers. I was so impressed with her service and knowledge about the product, I booked their Multi Color Mini Combo and it was a hit at my party. One day before my event they called to confirm my party. On the day of the party, they came between the time frame they had told me and they picked up within the time frame we agreed upon. The owner was the one who dropped off and picked up the jumper. The jumper was clean and in excellent shape. They informed me they open the jumper the day after the event and do a thorough cleaning and sterilization. I was so pleased with the jumper and the service, I will call them again for future rentals. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a clean and reliable jumper.

I previously left them a 4 star review and am now updating it…read more I have rented chairs from them twice, both times about a year ago. Things were fine. Prices were reasonable, however, their communication was severely lacking (as noted in my previous 4 star review). But, they showed up with my chairs as promised and picked them back up. Fast forward to this year. I needed to rent chairs for two separate occasions in a one month span of time. I had their information saved from my other two experiences so I called and left a message. No response. I waited a few days and then called and left a second voicemail. Again, no response.Texted and finally got a response. They were booked for my first date. Totally understandable. Booked with another company for the first event and thought I would try them again for the second date I needed. This time, instead of calling I texted to see if they were available for the date I needed. They neither confirmed or denied that they were available, instead asked what I needed. I responded back with the number of chairs needed and asked if they were available. This all happened on a Friday. It is now the following Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from them. I don't care if they are busy on the date I need, however, ultimately I need to rent chairs and if they are unable or unwilling for whatever reason I would like to know so that I can find someone who is able. I will be renting from Cucamonga Jumpers who I rented from earlier this month. I texted them about the same date and number of chairs and got a response within minutes. I wanted to be a return customer, but I guess the feeling wasn't mutual.

This is my fourth time renting from 909 Jumpers and my second time with this exact jumper, which is…read moremy kid's favorite: it has a big slide and an obstacle area. One time during the pandemic I tried an independent operator--what a joke! They canceled on me THE MORNING OF my party and I had only 2 hours to find a replacement. I couldn't have been more sad that I hadn't simply booked with 909 Jumpers, they'll totally reliable and when I have an extra request (need the jumper partially on asphalt driveway, need a different delivery time) they always do their best with minimal up charges (heads up: a jumper on asphalt/concrete is an up charge and with good reason, I don't mind a small fee for them to ensure the jumper is safe and won't be damaged!). That party was rescued by a small jumper from a local party store, but kids really do enjoy the big jumpers a lot more. 909 Jumpers is the best: great prices, professional staff, very good selection. Don't gamble your big event going with unprofessional operators, it's not worth it and 909 Jumpers prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide.

We had a recommendation for a party rental that I had been told was the lowest around but I reached out and that person never got back to me. So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!
